Bridal Makeup at Stanbrook Abbey

7th February 2021

It was a pleasure to do Hannah’s Bridal Makeup at one of my favourite wedding venues, Stanbrook Abbey.

Hannah came to me for her bridal makeup trial at House of Hair Hostess in Solihull where we discussed her requirements and what kind of look she wanted to go for. Hannah loved makeup and wanted to go for a super glam smoky eye paired with a classic nude nude lip

To create the look I used the MAC “Warm Neutrals” Palette paired with my go to eyeliner pencil “Bedroom Black” from Charlotte Tilbury. The lashes were amped up using a thin long wear liquid liner in “Panther” and Legendary lashes Volume 2 also from Charlotte Tilbury.

The eyes were paired with “Honey Love” lipstick and bronzed glowing skin using a selection of blushers, bronzers and highlighters from MAC.

The big day soon arrived and Hannah and her bridal party were all getting ready at Stanbrook Abbey in Worcester. Stanbrook Abbey is one of my favourite wedding venues and has an amazing “Brides Manor” separate house for the bridal prep.

If you love historic glamour, beautiful surroundings and fabulous settings for your wedding photography there is everything you need here.

For Hannah’s bridal makeup look with her flawless glamazon makeup, cascading blonde waves and fairy tale style bridal gown the opulence and glamour of the venue really complimented the look for a magical and timeless effect.

The bridesmaids all looked stunning too in dark navy flowing dresses paired with elegant chignon styled hair. The girls all preferred a more natural makeup so I paired a soft shimmering champagne toned eye with a fluttery 3\4 lash. The skin was fresh and glowing and I used “Pillow Talk” lipstick for a soft blush toned pout.

All of the bridal party looked beautiful and it was a pleasure being part of Hannah’s big day.
